Give your holiday turkey a Tex-Orleans upgrade

  • Fried TurkeysCajun Fried Turkey — injected with our homemade Cajun herbs and spices, garlic rubbed and deep fried. Or go big with the Boudin Stuffed Turkey, stuffed with The Best Stop smoked boudin dirty rice. Each turkey feeds 5–8 people.
  • Cajun Fried Honey Glazed HamSmoked, deep fried and served by the pound.
  • Cajun TamalesCajun fried turkey, giblet gravy, herbs and spices rolled in homemade masa. Sold by the dozen.
  • Homemade SidesServed cold by the quart: Cajun Rice Dressing, Collard Greens, Giblet Gravy, Mac & Cheese, Sweet Potatoes with Coffee Cream, Creamed Spinach, and Mashed Potatoes with Cajun Cream Gravy.
  • DessertsBread Pudding Pie and Pecan Pie. Each pie serves 6–8.

Starting November 1, order online and you’ll be matched to your nearest BB’s. The location you choose is where you’ll pick up — so choose carefully if you’re picking up on Thanksgiving Day.

Come inside your BB’s at your scheduled time. Bring your order confirmation email and the card you paid with.

Reheating Instructions

Picking up early for Christmas Eve or Christmas Day? No problem.

Fried Turkey

Heat your oven to 350°. Rub the turkey with 1 lb of softened butter, cover it with foil, and heat until the internal temperature reaches at least 165° (about 30–45 minutes — a thermometer is the best guide). Let it rest at least 20 minutes before carving.

When can I start ordering?

What is the Thanksgiving 2026 ordering deadline?

Thanksgiving orders must be placed by Monday, November 23, 2026 by 11am. Thanksgiving Day pickup is from 8am to noon.

What is the Christmas 2026 ordering deadline?

Christmas orders must be placed by Saturday, December 19, 2026 at 11am. BB’s is closed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, so be sure to download our reheating instructions from this page.

How many people does a fried turkey feed?

Each Cajun Fried Turkey and Boudin Stuffed Turkey feeds 5–8 people. Pies serve 6–8, and sides are sold by the quart.

Do you deliver holiday orders?

Yes — for office and event catering, with a $250 minimum for delivery. All orders need at least 24 hours’ notice, and prices do not include tax or delivery fees. Plan your holiday event here.

Inside the BB’s location you chose when you ordered. Bring your order confirmation email and the card you used to pay.
